Share Your Shopping List with Anyone
Ze'ev - 6th of August, 2025

Every household has their own flavour of shopping list. WhatsApp, Apple Reminders, Google Keep, even just plain Screenshots.
Today we're launching a new feature so you can take your Pantry Pilot shopping list to your entire household. We hope that means Pantry Pilot is the only shopping list app your household needs.
Here's What We Built
A dead simple way to share your shopping list with anyone. The Pantry Pilot app is optional, there are no accounts to create, no "what's your email again?" faff.
Just tap share, copy the link, and send it to whoever's doing the shop. They open it on their phone and see exactly what you need already organised by supermarket aisle - Pantry Pilot's AI groups everything for you.
When they tick something off, you see it instantly. When you add that last minute item, they see it too.
Team-up on the Shopping
We've always believed the best meals are when you team up, and that includes the shopping too, not just the eating. When my mum pops round and offers to grab bits from the shops, I can share my list in two seconds. When my partner's on the way home, I can easily share my list with them too.
A Quick Word on Privacy
The links we create give limited access. People can see your list and tick things off, but they can't add items or delete your carefully curated ingredients. It's "read and tick" permissions.
For your regular cooking crew (housemates, family, that mate who's always round for dinner), we'd still recommend inviting them to your Pantry Pilot team properly. They'll get full access to everything inlcuding your saved recipes, the ability to add items to the shopping list, the works.
But for those one-off moments when someone offers to help with the shop? This sharing thing is perfect.
Try It Out
Share your list, get what you need, and get back to the good bit, turning those ingredients into something delicious.
Start your Pantry Pilot list here and never play shopping list telephone again.
