Welcome to Pantry Pilot!

The following Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pantry Pilot website, applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Service" or “Pantry Pilot”) provided by Ze'ev Gilovitz ("we", "us", "our", "Pantry Pilot"). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you ("you", "your", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

    • By accessing or using the Services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

  2. Changes to Terms of Service

    • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. We will notify you of any significant changes to these Terms and the updated Terms will be effective upon posting.

  3. Account Registration and Credentials

    • To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account with Pantry Pilot. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it current, and complete. You agree to not transfer your account to another person or to give another person access to your account.
    • You are responsible for safeguarding the password or other credentials that you use to access the Services. Any unauthorized use of your account or other breach of security should be reported immediately to [email protected].
    • You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

  4. Privacy

    • Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. By using the Services, you agree to our use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://pantrypilot.com/privacy.
    • As part of providing you the Services, we may need to provide you with certain communications, such as service announcements and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of the Services and your Pantry Pilot account which you may not be able to opt-out from receiving.

  5. Content and Intellectual Property

    • All content provided on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our prior written consent.

  6. Termination or Cancellation

    • We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

  7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

    • The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pantry Pilot expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
    • Pantry Pilot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. This includes lost profits or data loss.

  8. Jurisdiction

    • Pantry Pilot is intended to be used by residents of Australia. If you choose to access the Services from locations outside of Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
    • Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

  9. Changes to Services and Prices

    • We will make changes to the Service in order to add or remove features and capabilities. We shall not be liable to you for any modification of the service.
    • We may also change the price of the service by providing you with 30 days notice. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your account before the new price takes effect.
    • Pantry Pilot reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

  10. Beta Service

    • Features which are marked as "beta" are still in development and may not be fully functional. You agree to use these features at your own risk and agree that they may change or be removed without notice.
