  1. Definitions

    • Pantry Pilot uses common and well known definitions to describe the types of data we collect and how we use it.
    • Personal Data - Data that can be used to identify you. This includes your name, email address, and other information you provide to us about yourself.
    • Usage Data - Data that is collected automatically when you use the Pantry Pilot service. This includes but is not limited to IP addresses, browser versions or the website which referred you.
    • User Generated Content - Non personal data that you provide to Pantry Pilot. This includes but is not limited to recipes, shopping lists, and other data you provide to Pantry Pilot.
  2. What personal data does Pantry Pilot collect about me?

    • Pantry Pilot collects personal data about you when you signup for an account. This data is used to provide you with the the Pantry Pilot service and allows you to login to, and maintain your account.
    • In some cases Pantry Pilot will also collect debugging and logging information about you even if you don't signup. This includes but is not limited to IP addresses, browser versions or the website which referred you.
    • Pantry Pilot will not sell your data.
  3. Location of stored data

    • Pantry Pilot stores all data in both Australia and Singapore. In some cases, we will share personal data with third parties who may store this data in other locations.
  4. 3rd parties who we may share data with

    • In some cases, Pantry Pilot may share data with other 3rd parties. The following is a non exhaustive list of 3rd parties we may share data with:
    • Infrastructure providers: AWS and Cloudflare
    • Authentication and User Management: Clerk
    • Payment Processing: Stripe
    • AI inference: OpenAI - No personal data is transferred to OpenAI.
    • Analytics: Segment, Amplitude
  5. How can I change or erase my data?

    • Currently Pantry Pilot does not provide a way for you to change or erase your data. If you would like to change or erase your data please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you.
  6. Changes to this policy

    • This policy may change. If we make a significant change to this policy we will notify all customers with an active account by email.
